What is the difference between theoretical and experimental probability?

Theoretical probability is the likelihood that an event occurs in theory. Experimental probability is found after experimentation.

How can you tell the difference between a proportional and nonproportional siuation.

Make a table and test to see if is proportional.

How is a Stem and Leaf graph or a line plot useful?

Stem and Leaf is useful for condensing data, and line plots are a good way to show how frequently certain data appear.

How can you tell the difference between a rational and irrational number?

Rational numbers may be written as fractions, irrational numbers cannot.

How do you estimate square roots?

To estimate square roots know your perfect squares. Then figure out which perfect squares the number is between and evaluate those square roots.
